July Press Up Challenge - Day 2

Press Ups
Day 2 of the 200 press up challenge. I woke up and shoulders and chest felt fine, so thought brilliant this month is going to be easy! How wrong was I!As soon as I started my stomach/abs (depending on who you ask) were very sore. Not a chance in getting those 25 that I got out on the first day. No instead I got a solid 15 out, but throughout it my stomach ached.
Again I split the day up with a planned 100 in the morning and the second 100 in the afternoon/evening. With day filled with children's activities and general household tasks I ended up doing around 50 in the morning and the remaining 150 in the afternoon into the evening finishing about 8.30pm. I was batching the press ups into sets of 10s.

Analysis
Over on the calories today! Lunch as you can see was left overs from so not the healthiest. But snacks took up 44% or 1,027cal of my daily total.
Again protein I'm way under by 127g,, but both carbs and fat I was over 95g and 17g respectively. Again snacks throughout the day took the majority of the fat, accounting for 51% or 46g.
Additional
I managed to get a 4.1mile run in today, pace was good at 9:11min/miles.
