Press Ups


Day 8 of the 200 press up challenge every day for the month of July.  Today we had a family walk in Grizedale Forest (https://www.forestry.gov.uk/grizedale), which as well as being a great place to mountain bike, there are many forest walks that are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Having not done any press ups first thing, as I had a lie in or as much as you can with a 1 year old.  So took the opportunity to do some in the forest.



Only managed to get 30 out of the 200 done in the forest, the rest of the time I had to carry a heavy 1 year old in a back pack for about 4 hours.

Once we got back home and Mrs David was bathing the baby I got the remaining 170 done by breaking it down into 10 reps, shoulders are tired from all of that carrying!

Weight

Today's weight at 7.15am was 201lbs.

Diet

I'm not going to lie, this is not going to be good reading, I'm having 1 cheat day a week and that's today.
