Press Ups

Day 9 of the challenge sees me full of cold/man flu and feeling like death warmed up. The joys of children who are disease carriers.

Pretty brief on the blog front today, I didn't record my diet because I didn't feel up to it. Haven't eaten a huge amount due not feeling brilliant.

On the press up front all I can say is I some how managed to get the 200 done throughout the day, however, each 10 reps were leaving me short of breath. Hopefully it gets better for tomorrow.
