Day 7 of the challenge also brought that Friday feeling.  Up a bit later this morning,6.15am so only managed to sneak 50 in rather than the planned 100.  But I did manage to get 30 done straight away, followed by 15 and finished with the final 5.  So even in the short period of time of doing this challenge I'm noticing that I'm becoming stronger in the work, with my previous record being 25.

Once back from work, again did 30 and then a 20 set to get me up to the half way point.  The remaining 100 unfortunately haven't been the same strength left, back to doing the 10 reps.  All finished by 7.30pm which was good.

I weighted in this morning at 6.15am at 194.6lbs.
