Press Ups

Day 30 of the challenge, just 1 more to go!!! So close! I don't think I've ever been this consistent with my exercise.....

Another lovely relaxing day with the family, so the press ups were done post me tinkering with my bike.

Tomorrow is a big day being the final day of the challenge, so wanted these to be a bit easier, so split them into smaller reps per sets just doing 20 reps. My plan for tomorrow will be to do 1 large set, see how many I can do in one go without stopping. Then will just get through the rest, however, I can!!
